If Bisibele Bath is made of Foxtail Millet, Payasa is made of Barnyard Millet adding to the variety. Different millets best suited for the particular dish is chosen. Each packet sufficiently serves two adults. The product is completely hand-made just like home; each ingredient is handpicked, sun-dried and dry roasted.
